Latest Update: Extension of Domestic Scholarship Application Exercise.
The Board has received series of calls from students and was served with a letter from the national body of NUYOSS seeking for an extension of the domestic scholarship application exercise as some students across institutions were yet to receive their school IDs and credentials, particularly newly admitted students.

Upon this consideration, the Board intends to reopen the portal for another 10 days starting from this evening to the 5th of March.

All interested are therefore admonished to ensure they apply before the rescheduled closure date.

The Yobe State Scholarship Board hereby announces that the 2020 scholarship/bursary for indigenes of the state studying in various tertiary institutions across the country is now open.

Applicants are to visit the Board's website www.yobessb.com to make their applications. This process is to be done online.

You are hereby informed that there shall be no longer sales of scratch cards or forms for all and any type of Local Scholarship/Bursary.

The entire process is done online via the Yobe State Scholarship Board website (https://yobessb.com/yssb/web/)
