National Open University (NOUN) Important Notice to Students on Password Reset Guidelines and Requirements.
This is to inform all students that a new function has been created on the Student Portal 'Forgot Password'.This a to enable students reset their account themselves. Please note that email address and phone number used during portal registration are required for password reset Any student who provided wrong email address and phone number during portal registration is to visit the Centres ICT Unit to effect the corrections.
Details required to correct email address are:
- Matriculation Number
- Student Name
- Programme
- New email address
- Mobile Number
- Study Centre
Students are advised to take note of this information for proper guidance.
