YABATECH Online Screening Documents 2021/2022 [Freshmen]
Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) Fresh Students Online Screening Documents for Full-Time (FT) & Part-Time (PT) National Diploma (ND) & Higher National Diploma (HND) Students for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH) National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) full-time programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session that the management of the institution has released the list of documents (both original and photocopies) to be uploaded online for screening and documentation process.

RECOMMENDED: YABATECH Admission List 2021/2022 | ND Full-Time.

Only candidates that have successfully paid the stipulated acceptance fee are eligible to show up for the screening exercise.

YABATECH Screening Schedule Dates for Freshmen 2021/2022

Note the following schedule:
  • Commencement of On-line uploading of Documents for Screening Exercise: Monday 8th August, 2022 (List of Documents to be uploaded attached).
  • Commencement of Screening Exercise: Monday 8th August, 2022
  • End of Screening Exercise Friday 30th August, 2022.
 

YABATECH Online Screening Documents Required for Upload 2021/2022

All Candidates are to present Original and photocopies of the following documents to Screening Officers.
    1. Data Form Print Out.
    2. Report of online verification ‘O’ Level Results (SSCE/NABTEB/NECO).
    8. Testimonial from Secondary School.
    9. ND (National Diploma) Result.
    10. Evidence of Payment of Transcript.
    11. IT Letter.
    12. Acceptance History Print Out (Remita Receipt).
    13. Two (2) Reference Letters signed with stamp / seal from any two of:
    a. Imam / Pastor
    b. Senior Civil Servant not below Grade Level 12
    c. Lawyer
    14. Principal of your former Secondary School.
    15. Birth Certificate from National Population Commission, Local Government and Hospital.
    16. JAMB National Diploma (ND) Admission Letter. Candidates who graduated on Part-Time programmes are to process Late Registration formally known as Regularization of Admission on JAMB Website and upload the receipt of the payment online as evidence for screening.
      NB:
      PLEASE NOTE THAT YABATECH DOES NOT REQUIRE CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.
      YABATECH ALSO DOES NOT ACCEPT DECLARATION OF AGE CERTIFICATE OR AFFIDAVIT FOR BIRTH CERTIFICATE.
      KINDLY NOTE THAT IF YOU HAVE TWO SITTINGS PLEASE UPLOAD TWO SCRATCH CARDS FOR THE RESPECTIVE EXAMS.
