FUNAI Registration & Clearance Guidelines 2021/2022 [Freshmen]
Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (AEFUNAI) Acceptance Fee Payment, Registration and Clearance Exercise Guidelines for all Freshers/Newly Admitted Students for 2021/2022 Academic Session.

The management of the Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ikwo (AEFUNAI) has released and published the acceptance fee payment, registration and clearance exercise guidelines guidelines for all freshers / newly admitted students for the 2021/2022 academic session.

FUNAI Acceptance Fee Payment, Registration & Clearance Exercise Guidelines 2021/2022 [FRESHERS]

All newly admitted candidates of Federal University, Ndufu Alike are to follow the procedure below to pay the acceptance fee, register, and complete their clearance

STEP 1: CLEARANCE AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

i. Candidates should visit https//www.portal.funai.edu.ng to verify the account with JAMB registration number, set up profile, and pay Acceptance Fee.
ii. Candidate should visit JAMB CAPS to accept and print JAMB Admission Letter
iii. Visit https://admission.funai.edu.ng, login with JAMB Registration Number as username and password
a. Complete and print Student Registration Forms
b. Print AE-FUNAI Admission Letter
iv. Proceed to the University ICT Centre for online O’level Certificate Verification.

NOTE: Any offer not accepted within two weeks of publication will be deemed forfeited

STEP 2: PROCEED TO THE FACULTY/DEPARTMENT FOR SCREENING: FRESHMEN SHALL PRESENT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS TO THE FACULTY/DEPARTMENTAL SCREENING OFFICERS

i. Receipt for payment of acceptance fee, JAMB Result Slip and Admission Letter, PUTME Result Slip and University Admission Letter.
ii. Clearance for online Certificate Verification issued by the University ICT Centre.
iii. Academic credentials (Certificates).
iv. Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age.
v. Local Government Identification Letter.
vi. Letter of attestation from his/her parents/guardians vouching for his/her good behavior and conduct.
vii. Three (3) photocopies of each of the items (from i to vi) above.

STEP 3: AFTER THE SCREENING OFFICER HAS CERTIFIED THAT THE FRESHMEN MET THE GENERAL AND COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS, SUCCESSFUL FRESHMEN SHALL:

  • Proceed to the Faculty and obtain University Bursary receipts from the Faculty Accountant for all the fees/charges paid.
  • Submit the under-listed forms to the Registration Officer
    • Acceptance of offer of Admission Form
    • Students Record Form
    • Medical Screening Form
    • Form for Undertaken for good behaviou
    • Matriculation Oath Form
    • Non Membership of Cult Oath
  • Collect Students files.
  • Obtain Matriculation Number from ICT Department on presentation of Departmental Clearance FORM
  • All freshmen must sign the Matriculation Register latest one week after matriculation.


FUNAI Students Account Verification and School Fees Payment Guidelines 2021/2022

STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT VERIFICATION.

  • Visit the University website “https://www.funai.edu.ng/
  • Click on the link “Portal”
  • Click on “verify your account” to create login details.
  • Select “student type” then enter your Jamb Number.
  • Click on submit button to verify your account


PROFILE DETAILS

Change password

  • Enter your username and password and click on theLogin
  • Click on change password to change your password.
  • Enter the old password and the new password, confirm new password.
  • Click change password

Fill Profile

  • Click the profile details menu
  • Complete the profile and click the Submit Button
  • Ensure you Update your Level to the current Level
  • Print the Student profile information page


ACCEPTANCE

  • Login to the Portal with your username and password
  • Click the ACCEPTANCE menu and select “Acceptance Invoice”
  • Select the Session from the drop-down option and Click on Submit menu to generate your payment invoice
  • Print your invoice and proceed to the any bank to pay using your RRR Payment code on the invoice.
  • Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, MasterCards.
  • After successful payment in the bank or online
  • Click the ACCEPTANCE menu and select “Pay Acceptance”
  • Enter your RRR, Select Session and submit to Print your Acceptance Letter


OTHER FEES PAYMENT PROCESS

  • Login to the portal with your username and password
  • Click on “Generate other fees Invoice” to generate your payment invoice
  • Select the required session and level for payment
  • Print your payment invoice contain the RRR code and proceed to any bank for payment.
  • Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, MasterCards.


Note: You must ensure a payment invoice is generated on the portal for the online payment option.

After successful payment in bank, return to the portal and login with your account details to print FUNAI other fees e-receipt with the RRR code on the invoice.

Online Other fees eReceipt

  • Click the “Pay Other Fees” menu
  • Enter the required payment details
  • Print the Other Fees Receipt


COURSE REGISTRATION

  • Click the course registration menu and select the Register Courses
  • Select the session and semester and click the submit
  • Select your courses for that semester and click the submit button,
  • Print the registered courses, 
  • SIGN OUT


Click the close menu, this takes you back to Login page.
