OBJECTIVES OF QUICKLEARNING MATHEMATICS CONTEST

Quicklearning Mathematics Contest Nigeria is a school-based mathematics competition for secondary school students across Nigeria specifically designed to identify and reward outstanding students and help them rely more on critical thinking to solve everyday challenges. Enrollment and participation is free.

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Registration for the contest is open to students currently in JSS 3 (Year 9/JSS3) and SSS 3.
  • Participating schools are expected to register their best 5-20 mathematics students for the contest 

 

QUICKLEARNING MATHEMATICS CONTEST STAGES

The competition is in two stages:

  • Stage 1: Qualifying Written Examination
  • Stage 2: TV Quiz Show

Stage 1

  • National online qualifying examinations is open to all eligible students registered by their schools across Nigeria including the FCT

 

Stage 2

  • The Top 54 students (National) will converge in Lagos for the TV Quiz Series for a chance to become the overall winner of Quicklearning Mathematics Contest, Nigeria. 

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION (REGISTRATION GUIDELINES)

Registration opens Tuesday June 1st 2021, and will run till Wednesday June 30th 2021 ahead of the National online CBT examination which will run from Thursday July 1st to Sunday 4th 2021. Students can write the examination from the comfort of their home or schools.

To support each registered student preparing for the contest, there will be free online Maths Preparatory Classes scheduled from Saturday June 12th to Wednesday June 30th 2021. Accessible only to registered students.
