Carefully Read The Following Instructions Before You Proceed To ApplyThe following page is your access for entry into City College of Health Sciences and Technology, The following portal is classified for two categories of Applicants.
1. Fresh Applicants: These are new intakes that wish to commence schooling in our institution, they will undergo a screening exercise as scheduled by our institution, prospective applicants in this category are Senior Secondary School Certificate holders and will be enrolled into 100 level.
There are two methods of application in this category.
A. APPLICATION WITH PIN: This method of application is for those that have purchased the institutions Application PIN either in Banks or sale agents Nationwide.
B. ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY: This method allows you to apply to the institution using your ATM Cards and USSD for payment of the online application forms (This method of payment is secure and fast) through our secure online payment partners Paystack, the cost for this is N5,000 (excluding payment gateway charges)
2. Transferred Applicants: These are students that started from other health institutions and wish to continue in our institution, applicants that fall into this category must provide evidence of studentship in their previous institution, this include their former school admission letter, transcript and last semester exams, Applicant in this category will be invited for clearance before issued admission into 200level.
HOW TO APPLY AS TRANSFERRED STUDENTS: Click on the link below with the inscription ” Transferred Student” a page will open where you will be required to pay a one time payment of N7,200 (This includes bank charges) you will be referred to a page where you will fill a form

ENTRANCE EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
This is to inform the public that the Entrance exams into City College of Health Sciences and Technology Zaria - CCHSTZ has been scheduled to hold as follows:
- First Entrance Examination Date – Saturday 25th June, 2022
- Second Entrance Examination – Saturday 30th July, 2022
- Third Entrance Examination – Saturday 27th August, 2022
All applicants should please take note that the time for the exams is 8a.m.
All applicants are to pay a sum of N2,000 as Screening/Aptitude test fee during the entrance.
