LASU Course Registration Guidelines 2024/2025 [All Students]
Lagos State University (LASU) Course Registration Portal Guidelines for all Fresh and Returning Students for the 2024/2025 Academic Session [UPDATED].

The management of the Lagos State University (LASU) hereby informs all full-time undergraduate students that the course registration portal for first semester has been enabled for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Fresh and Returning Undergraduate Students

All admitted full-time undergraduate students in the 2024/2025 academic session that have recently been cleared via the LACACA online admissions clearance exercise are strictly enjoined to make use of their matriculation number, henceforth, to complete the following:

a. Payment of school fees (those that have earlier made use of their UTME registration numbers need not worry).


b. Completion of Main Registration Form

  • Browse the LASU Website: www.lasu.edu.ng
  • Point to the 'STUDENT' menu and then click on 'BIODATA REGISTRATION'


c. Completion of online courses registration

  • Browse the LASU Website: www.lasu.edu.ng
  • Point to the 'STUDENT' menu and then click on 'COURSE REGISTRATION'


These categories of students can check their matriculation numbers by following these steps:

  • i. Browse the LASU Website: www.lasu.edu.ng
  • ii. Point to the 'STUDENT' menu and click on 'CHECK MATRIC NUMBER'
  • iii. On the displayed page, enter your JAMB UTME registration number
  • iv. Click on SUBMIT to view your matriculation number.

STREAM II [ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME]

1) visit https://www.lasu.edu.ng
2) Click on student in the top panel
3) Then, on the drop-down, click on ENT programme to access the portal
4) On the portal page, click "Students' login" to display the login page
5) Students are required to type in their Matriculation number, surname and select their category , (Full-time Degree programme with Entrepreneurship certificate) (stream 2 students) in the designated text box
6) On the Matric no text box, students should type in their Matriculation number
7) On the Surname textbox, students should type in their surname
8) On the Student category, students are required to select their category "Full-time Degree programme with Entrepreneurship ( stream 2 students)"
9) On clicking the login button, students are re-directed to the registration page to complete their details
10) On the registration page, students are required to fill in their E-mail Address and other information
11) Click on the submit button
12) From the course registration dashboard, the student is given a list of all courses, he/she can enroll for in the select box
13) On selecting the course of interest, the portal displays the course details (yearly arrangement forv Stream 2 students)
14) Click on the "Enrol Button" to submit the selected course.

NOTE: Students cannot change their Entrepreneurial Course once the course registration is completed. To change course earlier registered, contact [email protected] or Faculty Coordinator with genuine reason to do so.(To know your Coordinator, follow step 1-3 above, click Managements on the top panel)

There are limited slots for all courses. Once the quota is reached, students are advised to choose another course of preference

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS ON BIO-DATA/MAIN REGISTRATION 2024/2025.

The LASU DICT has completed the issuance of Matriculation Numbers to admitted students that have been cleared on the LACACA platform.
They are to visit the LASU website to verify their matriculation numbers, which will be the main item of identification going forward.
Meanwhile, cleared admitted students are advised to immediately complete their BioData Registration and visit their portal for the schedule of their medical clearance.

ALL NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS SHOULD VISIT THEIR DEPARTMENTS FOR OTHER NECESSARY AND COMPULSORY INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE AS REGARDS THEIR STUDENTSHIP AND REGISTRATION
Finally, admitted students should note the date of closure of Registration as only registered students will be allowed to write examinations.
To check your matriculation numbers and complete Biodata follow the steps stated below:

HOW TO CHECK MATRICULATION NUMBER / COMPLETION OF BIO-DATA/MAIN REGISTRATION FORM
The information below is for the attention of all admitted Full-Time undergraduate students both Stream 1 and Stream 2 in the 2024/2025 academic session that have completed their LACACA operations (100%).
1. Print four (4) copies of your Admissions Clearance Certificate from the LACACA operations portal. You are to submit a copy each at the Admissions Office, Faculty Office and Departmental Office.
2. Browse the LASU Website: https://www.lasu.edu.ng
3. Point to the 'STUDENT' tab and click on 'CHECK MATRIC NUMBER'
4. On the displayed page, enter your “JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER”
5. Click on “SUBMIT” to view your Matriculation Number.

COMPLETION OF MAIN/BIO-DATA REGISTRATION FORM
i. Browse the LASU Website: https://www.lasu.edu.ng
ii. Point to “STUDENT” Tab
iii. Click on “BIODATA REGISTRATION”
