UDUSOK PG Acceptance Fee Payment & Registration Details 2020/2021

Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUSOK) Postgraduate School Acceptance Fee Payment, Registration & Document Verification Exercise Guidelines for Fresh/Newly Admitted Students for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

This is to inform all Postgraduate applicants of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto (UDUSOK) who has successfully been admitted into the Postgraduate School are hereby advised to proceed with the payment of acceptance fee, registration and document verification exercise for 2020/2021 academic session.

UDUSOK Postgraduate Registration Guidelines 2020/2021 [Freshmen]

All candidates offered provisional admission for the 2020/2021 Academic session that registration and confirmation of admission has commenced. 

  1. Applicants whom are successfully admitted should log into http://pg.udusok.edu.ng with their Application Number and Password to print their Admission Letter and Remita for acceptance.
  2. From there they will proceed to the bank for payment of N12,000 for the acceptance (they can also pay with their cards).
  3. They will log in again into their various portals to verify their payments and print acceptance letter.
  4. After that they will return to PG School with their Original credentials for collation of their confirmations.
  5. All admitted students who did not graduated from UDUS should make sure that there transcript are sent from there school.
  6. PG School will not accept transcript from student rather the transcript should be sent from the school.
  7. All Ph.D and M. Phil students must send their Transcripts to PG School.
  8. After receiving their confirmation all students are expected to pay N5000 Registration Material to

  9. They will bring the receipt to the Dean's Officer to collect Registration Materials.
  10. After that student are expected to go online and Print there Invoice and Remita for school Fees through their portals in the university student website mis.udusok.edu.ng (They should login with their Admission number not application Number).
  11. Student can also make Installment payments (i.e Half payment).
  12. After the payment student are expected to go to Bursary for the confirmation of payments.
  13. And also they will download their Registration form i.e Form 02, Student Particular Form, Clinic Form and Courses Registration.
  14. They will also be expected to go to clinic with their Clinic form.
  15. After they have completed all this they should go to their various departments for departmental registrations.


All prospective students will be required to tender the original copies of the following documents to the Registration Officer(s), for verification, before Offer of Letter of Confirmation of Admission is issued:

  1. First School Leaving Certificate
  2. Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial
  3. Notification of Diploma/Degree/Postgraduate Result; however, candidates who have graduated five (5) years and above, will be required to produce their Certificate(s)
  4. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate/Exclusion Letter
  5. Letter of Indigeneship
  6. Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age

In case of loss of any original credential(s), Certified True Copy/Copies of such document(s), signed by either the Academic Secretary or Registrar of the awarding institution should be produced in addition to Sworn Affidavit and Police Report.
