6 Steps to Access Your Kaduna State Bursary Award Form Online
1. Sign UP:

2. Complete Form:
- Complete the registration form. Please ensure you use a valid email address.
3. Write an Essay:
- An email with your login credentials will be sent to you.
- Using the details sent to you, kindly log back to the portal to complete your bio-data page and write an essay online.
4. Scoring and CBT:
- Your submitted online essay will be scored automatically by the system.
- If successful, an online test will be displayed, take the test and submit online.
- You will be immediately notified of your performance.
5. Verification:
- Successful candidates from the CBT will be invited for document verification.
6. Disbursement:
- All successful applicants from the verification stage will get paid.
The Governor of Kaduna State, stated that the new screening process which is computer based will totally remove any form of human influence and contact been introduced.
This new system will immediately notify students through text and email messages if they are disqualified with the reasons.
The Executive Secretary noted that Mallam Nasir El-Rufai is determined to ensure full transparency of the process and to make bursary investments have direct impact on the academic performance and well-being of real students.
He stated that “this verification and payment will be ongoing simultaneously with the 2017/2018, 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 batch.
The speed with which students will get paid depends on how fast they complete the processes and their institution’s promptness at verifying their details”.
Desk officers have been appointed in the various schools and that the Board will be working closely with the chapter presidents of the National Association of Kaduna State Students - Nakass through their national body to facilitate prompt result and student status verification.
All students are to follow the 6 steps published by the Board and also should keep their log-in information secret at all times.
NB: The board wishes to call on the attention of applicants to always provide correct information while doing their applications.
The board also encourage students who have issues with their BVN or Bank Accounts to rectify such issues like difference between the date of birth submitted to the bank and the one submitted to the board as such issues are the only obstacles that is preventing them from getting paid.
Within ten days of rectifying the issue in the bank, they should go back to their profile and revalidate their bvn.
