FCT Abuja State Public and Private Primary and Secondary Schools First
(1st), Second [2nd], Third (3rd) Term Resumption Date for 2024/2025
Academic Session.
The FCTA Education Secretariat has announced Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 the official resumption date for the commencement of third term 2024/2025 academic activities for both boarding and day students in public and private primary and secondary schools.

FCT Schools Resumption Date 2024/2025 [2nd Term]
The Federal Capital Territory Administration FCTA has slated the resumption of schools in the territory for Tuesday 22nd April, 2025 for the commencement of third (3rd) term academic activities for 2024/2025 academic session
FCT Minister who gave the directives at stakeholders meeting in Abuja however added that all boarding schools would be reopened a day earlier (Monday 21st April, 2025).
All approved Private and Public Schools are to be guided accordingly.
