NCEE Registration Statistics for Unity Schools 2020/2021

National Examination Council (NECO) Federal Government Unity Colleges / Schools National Common Entrance Examination (NCEE) Registration Statistics Nationwide for 2020/2021 Academic Session.

The Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu after the conclusion of the National Common Entrance Examination for admission of candidates into the 104 Federal Government Colleges on Saturday, 17th October, 2020 announced the registration statistics.

The Minister while monitoring the conduct of the 2020 National Common Entrance Examination disclosed that over 92,000 candidates registered for the examination while a total of 92,591 candidates participated in the examination that took place in 639 centres in the country as compared to 75, 635 candidates who registered for the examination in 2019 and over 80,000 that registered for the 2018 National Common Entrance Examination which is an increase number in 2020 and a drop in number in 2019.

Zamfara State which recorded the lowest registration last year had an increase in students registration and participation in the 2020 NCEE thereby increasing the position of Zamfara State in the National Common Entrance Examination ratings from the last to 14 position in the community of States of the Federation

RECOMMENDED: NCEE 2020/2021 Admission Quota Into Federal Unity Schools.

He said that Lagos state had the highest number with over 25, 000 candidates.
